QPM was started with one singular goal in mind and that is to provide professional educated industry knowledgable lead managerial labor and associate labor for retail merchandising projects across southern California. When you contract with QPM, you will be serviced by highly trained and experienced personnel. We believe It is not enough to simply insert anyone into a project just to fill a contracted head count. The cost of outsourcing merchandising projects has heavily increased , yet the quality of personnel has not. Lack of education, physical ability, mental fortitude and behavioral temperament are just some of the reasons that cause massive delays in the performance output of employees. At QPM we never take on more then we can handle and we always work until the assignment is completed. We also believe while having merchandisers in every city is convenient, it is not practical.
